We charge a one-time staging fee and a furniture and accessories fee (charged monthly).

By utilizing what you already own, we can reduce the overall cost of staging. The White Couch will listen and give recommendations on how to rearrange your existing furniture and advise what to remove to create a clean serene feel to each room. We will supplement with our furniture and décor items as needed in order to neutralize and depersonalize you home to attract a broad spectrum of buyers. Our aim is to highlight the best features of your home to give it style and flair.

Many times a home will be occupied while it is listed. The White Couch will need to consult with you in order to make recommendations on how to best prepare your home for the market. These suggestions may include painting, streamlining a space, and possibly encouraging you to buy a few items to give a fresh look to your home. The White Couch may propose utilizing a few pieces of furniture, pictures, or accessories from their rental inventory to enhance the space. We charge a minimal fee for this consultation. All homes require a complimentary “walk through” in order for us to give you a bid to stage your home. This usually takes about 15 minutes.
